1. Make a Creator Profile
In order to create with Kyte, you'll need a Creator Profile. Creating said profile is super easy. Just remember these important tips:
- Make sure you use a personal email account. This will be the account that allows you to build and house your course(s) with Kyte. Even if you already have an account associated with your school or district, you will still need to create a separate account for content creation with Kyte.
- Sell it! Shamelessly promote yourself through your creator bio and profile picture. Remember, your profile will be seen by anyone and everyone who views your course once it's live in the library. Make sure you include some details about your education/teaching background and experience as well as any relevant accolades or certifications you may have earned. Users frequently identify their favorite creators and the Kyte platform makes it easy for them to find your content.
- Use your creator login to store all content you are working on. Although our system does a good job of backing up your materials as you work, make sure you save your progress as you build your outline and add your videos. After you've saved, you can always return to where you left off and start creating again. When you're ready to publish, shoot us an email and we'll begin the review process.
